Key Responsibilities:
Supervise restaurant staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
Train, motivate, and evaluate team performance.
Monitor and control inventory and stock levels.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff rosters.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for efficient order flow.
Oversee opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
Prepare daily sales reports and submit to management.
Requirements:
Female Arabic speaker
(fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Good knowledge of POS systems and restaurant software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Experience in a multicultural restaurant setting.
Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
