Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and creative

Operations Manager

to manage the daily operations of our children's photography studio. The ideal candidate must be

Arabic & English speaking

, customer-focused, and able to manage studio workflow, team coordination, and client experience smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day studio operations and schedules Coordinate photoshoot sessions and ensure on-time execution Supervise photographers, assistants, editors, and support staff Create and develop photography themes (concept, setup, execution) Ensure studio readiness (themes, props, cleanliness, safety) Oversee WhatsApp communication and handle escalations and special requests Monitor bookings, payments, and session details Ensure high-quality customer experience for parents and children Handle customer complaints professionally Track post-shoot workflow (editing, delivery, albums) Manage studio inventory, props, and themes Prepare weekly/monthly operational reports Improve workflows and operational efficiency

heme & Creative Responsibilities

Propose and design new children photography themes Customize themes with names, ages, and simple personalization Coordinate printing, props sourcing, and setup Ensure themes are safe, reusable, and aligned with studio brand

WhatsApp & Client Communication

Manage and supervise WhatsApp communication flow Respond to complex inquiries and custom bookings Handle escalations, complaints, and urgent cases Ensure professional tone and fast response time

Requirements

Must speak

Arabic and English fluently

Proven experience in operations, studio management, or customer experience Strong organizational and leadership skills Creative mindset with attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and multitask Experience with booking systems and WhatsApp Business is a plus Experience in photography studios or creative environments is an advantage
