About the Role

Fly Zone Trampoline Park is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented

Assistant Operation Supervisor

to support the daily management of our park in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate must be fluent in

Arabic and English

and have prior experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with Head Office for operational requirements. Conduct staff briefings, meetings, scheduling, reporting, and task tracking. Manage staff evaluations, monthly performance reviews, and training programs. Liaise with HR for staff requests (sick leave, vacation, salaries, accommodation) in compliance with UAE labor law (MOHRE). Oversee customer relations and ensure excellent guest experience. Monitor safety procedures and assist with insurance claims. Assign staff duties and supervise daily performance. Handle client bookings and operational requirements. Ensure staff accommodation and welfare needs are met. Prepare and update job descriptions and employee responsibilities. Collaborate with Operations Supervisor & Accountant to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 2 years' experience in

hospitality or entertainment operations

. Fluent in

Arabic and English

(spoken & written). Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of UAE labor law (MOHRE) processes. Ability to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Energetic personality with attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: AED 4,000 (depending on experience). 2-Year Full-time contract. Benefits include: Residence visa. Accommodation provided. Medical insurance as per UAE labor law. 1 day off weekly.
