We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Female

Studio Manager

who is also a certified

Pilates Reformer Coach

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Pilates instruction and managerial roles, with a passion for wellness, technology, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily studio operations, including scheduling, team coordination, and client experience. Lead Pilates Reformer classes with energy, professionalism, and attention to individual client needs. Manage and support a team of coaches and administrative staff. Drive studio performance metrics including client retention and sales targets. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and professional studio environment. Utilize digital tools and software for studio management, scheduling, reporting, and communications.

Requirements:

Must be

fluent in English

(spoken and written).

Arabic language

skills are

preferred but not required

. Certified Pilates Reformer instructor. Minimum of

5 years of experience working in Dubai

in a related field. Proven

managerial experience

in a fitness or wellness setting.

Technologically proficient

with experience using management software, scheduling tools, and common computer applications. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
