Selfdrive.ae is looking for a smart, energetic, passionate and creative Female Social Media Executive to join our team. As Social Media Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our social media strategies across various platforms. You will be responsible for content planning, scheduling and managing multiple social media accounts/pages with a focus on driving engagement, increasing brand awareness and fostering positive customer interactions. Your creativity, excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be critical to the success of this role. **Only Serious and Immediate joiners** Responsibilities for Female Social Media Executive

• Develop creative and engaging social media strategies by planning co-branding projects, creating co-operation strategy and giving priority to cross-promotions.
• Responsible for creating strategic alliances and co-branding communications with top brands across the GCC region.
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Manage day-to-day handling of all Social Media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, adapting content to suit different channels.
• Strong knowledge of hashtags & media planning.
• Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels organically.
• Measure the success of every social media campaign.
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
• Proactively advising on the use of events and activations.
• Enhance Selfdrive.ae\xe2\x80\x99s visibility and credibility within the sector by participating in events, developing partnerships and other channels.
• Lead negotiation and closing of complex partnership deals across the region.
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
• Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience.
• Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience preferably from Ecommerce, Events / Media.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with suppliers & partners.
• Proven experience in building strong relationships.
• strong knowledge about Client Servicing, Radio, Events and Offline Marketing etc.
• Strong understanding of both Selfdrive.ae\xe2\x80\x99s business and policy objectives, and its operational structure and goals.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Communication or similar field.
• A never-ending desire to grow and learn.
• Stellar networking skills and the ability to build smart partnerships.
• Ability to work in a team with designers & Influencers to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of online marketing channels.
• Familiarity with web design.
• Excellent communication skills, analytical and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of social media reporting, publishing and listening tools, such as: Hootsuite, Sysomos, Social Bakers and others.
• Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach.
