About the Job: We are looking for an experienced and creative social media executive to join our team. As a social media executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams. Job Responsibilities:
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company\xe2\x80\x99s social content
Moderate all user-generated content for each community
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data, metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, brand team, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions
Serve as a point of contact for the company\xe2\x80\x99s social media platforms, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, forums, and blogs.
Deploy social listening tools to monitor positive and negative comments and topic trends, and strive to boost engagement and resolve any potential conflicts that may affect brand reputation
Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a Social Media Executive or similar role
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo, video, or text), presentation, and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Fluency in English is a must
BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations (Preferable)
