Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated
Salon Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, and lead the team to maintain high standards of professionalism and performance.Responsibilities:
Oversee daily salon operations and ensure a high standard of cleanliness and organization Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance Provide strong leadership, support, and motivation to the team Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction Monitor product inventory, ordering, and stock control Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and health & safety guidelines Manage cash handling, daily sales reports, and POS accuracy Coordinate staff training, refreshers, and product knowledge sessions Support marketing, promotions, and client retention strategies Maintain professional salon presentation at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Salon Manager or Supervisor in the beauty industry Strong communication and leadership skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of salon operations, treatments, and products Ability to handle customer issues professionally Good command of English (Arabic is a plus) Familiarity with municipality guidelines and salon complianceWhatsApp: 0547793791
