Female Salon Customer Service
Job Description
Looking for a female customer service representative to help us manage customers and their bookings.
The person will posses below qualities to qualify for the job.
Manage daily bookings and assign technicians & drivers efficiently
Coordinate schedules to avoid delays and overlapping appointments
Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp & booking platforms
Provide excellent customer service with a polite and professional tone
Track technician movements and ensure timely service delivery
Resolve customer concerns and communicate updates smoothly
Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth daily workflow
Update Odoo / CRM system with accurate booking details
Requirements:
Previous experience in
salon, spa, or beauty home-service dispatching
is a big advantage Strong communication skills in English Good knowledge of Dubai locations Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple bookings at once Basic computer skills; experience withOdoo
is preferred Must be organized, reliable, and customer-service oriented Female candidates preferred (due to nature of the role.What we offer:

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
