We're looking for an experienced
Sales Supervisor
to lead our professional salon and spa product sales, focusing onpremium A and B class salons and spas
across the UAE.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with top-tier salons and spas. Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Promote and sell
professional haircare and hair loss treatment products
. Conduct product demonstrations, training, and promotional activities. Identify new business opportunities and ensure exceptional customer service.Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of sales experience
in salon, spa, or professional beauty supply industry. Strong network with A and B class salons and spa professionals. Proven track record in sellinghaircare, scalp, or hair loss products
. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Valid UAE driving license preferred.What We Offer:
