Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Female Sales Supervisor for well reputed cosmetics company to lead our Females sales team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, team leadership, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train sales team to achieve sales targets
- Manage daily sales operations and ensure excellent customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to team members
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Graduate candidates with 3+ years of experience in cosmetics sales management
- Strong leadership and communication skills, Ms Office, word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have driving license
