Job Summary:

We are looking for a

female Sales Supervisor

with a

minimum of 2 years' experience in the cleaning industry

and strong English communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

promoting and selling our monthly cleaning service packages

, supervising cleaning staff, ensuring quality standards, and managing operations in accordance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Customer Relations:

Visit potential and existing customers to explain and promote monthly service packages. Convert leads into monthly recurring bookings by convincing customers of the value. Maintain excellent relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Provide feedback to management on customer concerns or suggestions.

Operations & Supervision:

Inspect and ensure that cleaning kits are complete and in proper condition. Train new and existing cleaners on service standards, proper use of equipment, and customer interaction. Monitor daily cleaning schedules to ensure all bookings are covered and staff are on time. Supervise the performance and conduct of cleaners at job sites and accommodations.

Staff & Accommodation Management:

Manage the company-provided accommodation and ensure discipline and cleanliness are maintained. Report any incidents or behavioral concerns regarding cleaners to management. Issue formal warnings to staff in case of repeated mistakes or violation of company rules.

Inventory & Supplies:

Check stock of cleaning materials regularly. Request for replenishment of cleaning materials and kits as needed in advance.

Policy Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure all cleaners follow the company's policies and standard operating procedures. Maintain detailed records of staff performance, warnings issued, and materials used. Report major issues or repeated non-compliance to management promptly.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in the cleaning services industry.

Fluent in English

- both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal and sales skills. Ability to train, manage and supervise a team of cleaners. Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.

Must be willing to stay in company accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar supervisory or team leader role. Knowledge of cleaning materials, equipment, and safety procedures.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
