Salary:

AED 3,000 - 3,500 per month + Commission on Sales

We are seeking a dedicated Female Gym Supervisor to join our team in Ajman. As a Gym Supervisor, you will manage daily operations, ensure equipment maintenance, and provide exceptional customer service to gym members. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Arabic and English, possess their own Emirates ID, and have a passion for fitness and wellness. Experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the gym facility. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the gym area. Supervise gym staff and provide training as needed. Assist members with equipment usage and fitness routines. Address member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor and maintain gym equipment to ensure safety and functionality. Promote gym memberships and services to prospective members. Actively participate in sales efforts and earn commission on memberships and services sold.

Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written). Own valid Emirates ID. Proven experience in a similar role is preferred. Strong sales skills and experience in customer engagement. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of fitness equipment and techniques. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Female candidates only.
