We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and experienced in converting leads into successful clients. Prior experience in business setup or related services is a major advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Generate, manage, and convert leads through calls, meetings, and online channels
Provide consultation to clients on company formation options, mainland/free zone/offshore structures
Prepare and present service proposals
Maintain strong follow-up with potential and existing clients
Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, PRO, marketing) to ensure smooth service delivery
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Requirements
Proven sales experience (preferably in business setup or service-based industries)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Professional appearance and client-handling confidence
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Proficiency in CRM tools is an advantage

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
