Urbix Design and Implementation LLC is a fast-growing interior design and fit-out company based in Dubai, specializing in innovative and high-quality residential, commercial, and retail interiors. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out sector Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and developers Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements Collaborate with the design team to prepare customized proposals and quotations Develop and execute effective marketing strategies (online and offline) to promote our services Manage social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms to increase brand awareness Represent Urbix at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and follow-ups using CRM tools
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven sales and marketing experience in interior design, fit-out, or real estate industry Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and goal orientation Familiarity with Dubai market and industry contacts is a strong advantage Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM software is preferred Valid UAE driving license is a must
