Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Maintain and update client databases and sales records
Follow up with potential and existing clients for meetings, contracts, and renewals
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and yearly targets
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role (cleaning/facility management industry preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Must be on
