to assist the sales department and support emergency response operations. The role includes handling sales documentation, customer communication, and coordinating emergency calls during gas-related incidents on a 24x7 rotational basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team on inquiries, quotations, and customer follow-ups.
Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and other sales documentation.
Maintain accurate records of customers, orders, and sales activities.
Respond promptly to customer calls, messages, and emails.
Schedule meetings, assist with presentations, and prepare sales reports.
Follow up with clients for quotations, pending payments, and delivery updates.
Coordinate with logistics, operations, and maintenance teams for order and service execution.
Ensure all internal documentation and approvals are completed accurately.
Support the sales team in meeting monthly and annual targets.
Maintain high professionalism and strong customer service.
Emergency Response Coordination (Added):
Attend 24x7 emergency calls on a rotational schedule.
Coordinate with emergency response teams and technicians during gas-related emergencies.
Record and document emergency calls, incident details, and response actions.
Ensure fast communication between customers, operations, and onsite emergency technicians.
Follow up on emergency cases until closure and update management accordingly.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support.
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail and professionalism.
