Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
Schedule, coordinate, and attend client meetings as required.
Support the sales and project teams by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Coordinate with project, procurement, and accounts departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Track ongoing inquiries, quotations, and pending approvals.
Assist in preparing marketing materials and presentations for meetings.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
