Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Prepare and process documents required for company formation, such as licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals.
Maintain and update client files in CRM systems with details of ongoing and completed business setup projects.
Draft and manage contracts, invoices, and proposals for clients.
Client Communication and Coordination
Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries regarding business setup services.
Coordinate with government agencies, free zones, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of business registration.
Schedule and follow up on client meetings, consultations, and document submissions.
Sales Support
Assist the sales team in achieving targets by providing operational and logistical support.
Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups with leads and prospects.
Generate sales performance reports and share insights with the team.
Coordination with Internal Teams
Collaborate with the compliance, operations, and legal teams to ensure alignment on client requirements.
Work with the marketing team to ensure promotional materials align with client expectations.
Customer Relationship Management
Foster long-term relationships with clients by ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
Gather feedback to improve the business setup process and overall client experience.
Address client concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to the relevant teams.
Qualifications

Education
o Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience
o 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or administration, preferably in the business setup, consulting, or legal services industry.

Skills
o Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot) and MS Office.
o Strong understanding of the business setup process, including free zone and mainland requirements.
o Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
