About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven

Retail Operations Manager

to oversee the operations of our three Dia Flower branches. The ideal candidate will ensure that all stores adhere to SOPs, drive sales performance, and maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of all three branches, ensuring compliance with company SOPs and operational guidelines. Conduct regular trainings and coaching sessions for store teams to enhance performance and customer service. Monitor branch performance, sales, and KPIs, and implement strategies to achieve targets. Visit branches regularly to ensure smooth operations and address any operational challenges. Manage B2B client relationships and support business growth initiatives. Collaborate with branch managers to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven experience in retail operations management, preferably across multiple outlets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. UAE Driver's License is a plus, as travel between branches is required. Fluency in English & Arabic Immediate availability preferred.
