Female Recruiter
Green Valley HR International is expanding our team in Dubai! We are looking for a motivated and experienced Female Recruiter to join our dynamic HR consultancy. Position: Female Recruiter
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for various clients across industries.
• Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc.).
• Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the database.
• Stay updated with market trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 3 years of HR/recruitment experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office, recruitment software, ATS, etc.).
• Presentable personality with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of the UAE job market is a plus.
