Female Receptionist

with prior experience in

medical centers only

.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly

welcome patients

with a polite demeanor and a

professional smile

.

Register new and existing patients

accurately in our medical management system.

Guide patients

to the appropriate consultation or treatment rooms efficiently. Receive

payment slips

from the sales department and accurately

enter data into the billing system

. Ensure that patients

sign all invoices and receipts

related to services and medical packages. Politely

encourage patients to leave positive Google Reviews

, maintaining the clinic's online reputation. Maintain a

calm, respectful, and professional environment

at all times at the front desk. Handle phone calls, appointments, and general inquiries with

courtesy and efficiency

. Maintain strict

confidentiality

and

adherence to DHA and clinic protocols

.

Requirements:

Female candidates only

(as per clinic requirements).

Minimum 1 year of proven experience

working as a receptionist in a

medical center

or clinic. Strong

verbal and written communication

skills in

English

(Arabic is an advantage). Proficiency in

Insta Medical System

and familiarity with billing procedures. Presentable, courteous, and

patient-focused

demeanor. Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly and effectively under pressure.
