Role Description

We are seeking a professional, organized, and detail oriented

Receptionist with Medical Center experience

to join our team. This full time, onsite role serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a key role in ensuring smooth front desk operations, effective communication, and coordinated patient flow within the medical center.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of experience as a receptionist in a medical center or hospital

Fluency in both Arabic and English is required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and respectful approach Strong software proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and clinic softwares Familiarity with healthcare approvals and communicating approval status to patients Social media management or marketing experience is considered an added bonus

Key Responsibilities

Answer and manage incoming calls and messages professionally and efficiently Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and visitors Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments accurately Follow up with patients regarding appointments, approvals, and general inquiries Communicate approval status and required information to patients when needed Maintain accurate and organized front desk and patient records Coordinate closely with all team members to ensure smooth patient flow and communication
