Female Russian-speaking Receptionist
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting patients in a professional and friendly manner
Managing phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and appointment bookings
Working efficiently within the clinic'sCRM system to manage patient records and schedules
Maintaining accurate data entry and ensuring smooth patient flow
Coordinating with medical staff to support daily clinic operations
Handling payments, invoices, and general administrative tasks
Keeping the reception area clean and organized
Requirements:
Fluent Russian
(required) and good English communication skills
Previous experience as a receptionist or administrator
Experience working with CRM systems is an advantage
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (booking systems, MS Office)
