Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Medical Receptionist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Derma and Dental Clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be confident, organized, and well-versed in DHA regulations, insurance processes, and clinic administration systems.

You will be the face of the clinic, responsible for delivering a high level of customer care, managing patient appointments, and ensuring smooth coordination between the dermatology and dental departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner. Manage appointment scheduling for dermatology, dental, and aesthetic procedures. Register new patients, maintain accurate medical files, and ensure compliance with DHA and NABIDH standards. Process insurance verification, e-claims, and approvals through DHA-approved portals. Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails efficiently. Coordinate patient flow between departments to minimize waiting times. Manage billing, payments, and daily cash reports. Support the management in preparing documentation for DHA inspections. Promote the clinic's services, packages, and ongoing offers. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive in a Derma and/or Dental Clinic in Dubai. Strong understanding of DHA procedures, Sheryan, NABIDH, and e-claim systems. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or another language is an advantage). Presentable, professional, and customer-service oriented. Strong administrative, multitasking, and coordination skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Familiar with clinic management and booking software.
