Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
Manage appointments and maintain schedules
Handle incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and messages
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Support administrative tasks and assist other departments as needed
Manage office supplies and coordinate deliveries
Maintain confidentiality of company and client information
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable and professional appearance
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service is an advantage
