Greet and welcome clients upon their arrival at the office. Direct clients to the appropriate person and office. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, equipped with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures). Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email. Maintain office security by adhering to safety procedures and controlling access through the reception desk (monitoring the logbook). Update calendars and schedule meetings. Maintain up-to-date records of office expenses and costs. Update daily reports and Masterfile.

Required Skills:



Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a MUST. Professional attitude and appearance. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to be resourceful and proactive in resolving issues. Excellent organizational skills. Strong multitasking and time-management abilities, with the capability to prioritize tasks. Customer service-oriented attitude.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
