Job Role: Procurement Executive
Key Qualifications:

Education: A degree or background in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in a procurement role.
Industry Preference: Candidates with fit-out industry experience in the procurement department will be highly preferred.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills. Knowledge of construction materials and finishes is essential.

Responsibilities:

Source, select, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for fit-out projects.
Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials (e.g., MEP, ceilings, partitions, flooring, finishes).
Manage vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
Coordinate with the project team to understand material requirements and timelines.
Ensure all procurement activities align with project budgets and specifications.

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: AED 3,500 per month
Other Benefits: As per UAE labor law [You can specify if additional, e.g., visa, medical insurance, etc.]
