We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Pre-Sales Executive
to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing accurate and timely information about our services. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys communication, coordination, and has a flair for client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries (via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person).
Understand customer requirements and assist the sales team in presenting appropriate service solutions.
Provide detailed information about services, pricing, and procedures.
Coordinate between the client and internal departments for timely follow-ups.
Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and documentation.
Maintain records of client interactions and sales progress in CRM.
Assist in generating leads and qualifying potential clients.
Schedule appointments and meetings for senior sales staff.
Participate in promotional activities or events, when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing, customer service, or pre-sales role.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skills.
Friendly, professional, and confident personality.
Must be currently residing in Qatar with valid documents.
