to lead and manage a team of cleaners across various client sites. The ideal candidate will ensure all cleaning operations are carried out efficiently, meeting both company and client standards. This role involves scheduling, quality control, team supervision, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily cleaning operations across multiple client locations (e.g., hotel apartments, offices, commercial spaces, residential buildings).
Lead and support cleaning teams, including training, performance monitoring, and task delegation.
Conduct routine inspections of job sites to ensure high standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction.
Schedule and assign cleaning staff according to client contracts and operational needs.
Communicate regularly with clients to address service quality, concerns, and feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and use of PPE.
Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and equipment; monitor usage and request resupply when necessary.
Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new cleaners when required.
Complete reports on site inspections, incidents, staff attendance, and client feedback.
Step in to support cleaning duties when needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in cleaning/hygiene is a plus.
2+ years of cleaning experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage teams across multiple locations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Sound knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between sites as required.
