A dynamic and growing organization dedicated to beauty industry. We are seeking a reliable and organized female Office Administrator to join our team and support day-to-day office operations.

Job Summary:


The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office and helping to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and enjoys supporting a team.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary Organize and schedule appointments and meetings Maintain filing systems and company records Handling telesales. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Support other departments with administrative tasks Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced

Requirements:



Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or relevant role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus Knowledge of Social Media.
