Job Description

Property Management:



Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including regular inspections, repairs, and renovations as necessary. Ensure that properties are well-maintained and meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times. Manage relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.

Guest Services:



Coordinate guest bookings,

check-ins, and check-outs

, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for all guests. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing exceptional customer service at all times. Anticipate guest needs and preferences to enhance their overall experience during their stay.

Requirement:



Bachelor Degree in any category. Proven experience in property management, preferably in the hospitality industry. Proven experience in property management, preferably in the hospitality industry. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. UAE Driving license is must Own Car is plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
