Job Description

FEMALE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / SECRETARY for a reputed organization with branches all over the U.A.E

Must be fluent in ENGLISH / HINDI and knowledge of ARABIC will be a bonus

Location: BUR DUBAI

Days: MONDAY to SATURDAY

Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM

Core Responsibilities



Administrative Support:

Scheduling meetings, managing diaries/calendars, organizing travel arrangements, and taking minutes.

Communication Handling:

Answering and directing phone calls, managing emails, handling correspondence, and greeting visitors.

Documentation & Filing:

Preparing reports, memos, and presentations; scanning, copying, and filing documents.

Office Operations:

Monitoring and ordering office supplies, ensuring equipment functionality, and maintaining office cleanliness.

Data Management:

Updating and maintaining company databases, records, and files.

Specialized Duties:

Assisting with basic bookkeeping, budgeting, or HR-related tasks like onboarding.

Key Skills



Proficiency:

High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office software.

Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in ENGLISH and HINDI

Organization:

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Professionalism:

Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
