Job Responsibilities:
Manage finance functions, maintain proper books of accounts, and handle vendor reconciliation.
Manage front desk activities including phone calls, visitor coordination, and office management.
Review, sort, and respond to emails; distribute to appropriate recipients.
Maintain filing systems in both hard and soft copies.
Assist colleagues with queries and requests.
Support day-to-day office administration and record keeping.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as Admin cum Accountant (preferred).
Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
