Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with
hospitals, clinics, fertility centers, and other strategic partners
.
Drive business growth through new and existing accounts while meeting revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal teams (lab, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Monitor account performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.
Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling stem cell banking services.
Prepare reports and presentations for management on key accounts and business performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Proven experience in
account management, sales, or client relationship management
in healthcare, biotechnology, or related sectors.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of
healthcare regulations and clinical processes
is a plus.
Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
Experience managing
strategic or key accounts
is preferred.
Immediate joiner preferred
Fluent in Arabic and English
Minimum 4-5 years of experience
in account management or sales (healthcare/biotech preferred)
