Office Administrator
to handle day-to-day office operations, HR coordination, and administrative support to ensure smooth business flow.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office functioning.
Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR documentation.
Support recruitment activities -- posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
Assist in payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and record accuracy.
Coordinate with the PRO for visa applications, renewals, and related processes.
Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and expense tracking.
Prepare letters, reports, and other internal communications.
Support management in onboarding, staff coordination, and communication.
Maintain and update the company CRM system and ensure data accuracy.
Organize and manage active records and contracts with developers.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or coordination within the real estate industry (HR/recruitment experience is a plus).
Familiarity with UAE labor laws, visa processes, and documentation handling.
Experience using CRM systems (preferably in real estate).
Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
