Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Maintain compliance with UAE Labour Law across all HR functions.
Coordinate with management on performance evaluations and HR initiatives.
Requirements:
3-5 years of HR experience in the UAE
(mandatory)
Strong background in
recruitment and policy execution
Excellent understanding of
UAE labour laws and regulations
