Job Title: Hair Stylist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and passionate Hair Stylist with expertise in hair coloring, treatment application, and head massage techniques. The ideal candidate will be confident in consulting with clients, recommending services, and delivering exceptional results in a relaxing and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of hair coloring services (highlights, lowlights, balayage, root touch-ups, full color, etc.)

Apply various hair treatments (keratin, protein, botox, oil therapy, etc.)

Provide relaxing head and scalp massages during hair washes or treatments

Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles and treatments

Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the work area

Maintain updated knowledge of current trends, products, and techniques

Upsell salon products and treatments as needed

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure excellent customer service

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a hair stylist, with a focus on coloring and treatments

Knowledge of hair structure, scalp health, and product chemistry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required

Preferred:

Certification in hair coloring or cosmetology

Familiarity with organic or high-end haircare brands
