Position Overview

We are seeking a

highly skilled Female Hair Stylist

who is

fluent in Arabic

and

certified in color and balayage techniques

to join our elite team at ALKEMY.
The ideal candidate is creative, confident, and passionate about delivering exceptional results that reflect the brand's luxury standards.

You will work with an international team of top stylists and have the opportunity to serve a prestigious clientele in one of Dubai's most exclusive locations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform all aspects of professional hair services including

coloring, balayage, styling, and treatments

. Deliver

luxury guest experiences

aligned with ALKEMY's service rituals and brand philosophy. Provide

expert consultation

on color selection, hair health, and aftercare. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of

hair trends, techniques, and premium product lines

. Ensure workstations, tools, and products meet the

highest hygiene and presentation standards

. Collaborate with reception and management teams to ensure seamless client flow and satisfaction. Uphold

professional appearance, punctuality, and communication

at all times.

Requirements

Female stylist with

minimum 3 years of experience

in high-end salons.

Fluent in Arabic

(English is a strong advantage).

Certified in professional color and balayage techniques

(certificate required). Strong technical skills in precision cutting, color correction, and creative color blending. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Passionate about beauty, artistry, and continuous professional growth. Able to work in a

fast-paced, luxury environment

with high attention to detail.
