Job Description

We are seeking an experienced female hair stylist specialist to join our talented team at our Ladies Spa in Ajman ,Rumeilah. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in providing cutting-edge hairstyling services, with a strong focus on advanced coloring techniques, precision haircutting, and expert styling.

Responsibilities:

- Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and desired look

- Perform a variety of hair services, including haircuts, color treatments, highlights, lowlights, balayage, ombre, and advanced styling techniques

- Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products

- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients

- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work station

- Ensure all tools and implements are properly sterilized

- Mentor and train junior stylists to uphold the salon's high standards

- Participate in product knowledge training sessions and share learnings with the team

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a hair stylist specialist, with a proven track record in advanced color techniques, precision haircutting, and expert styling

- Proficient in a wide range of hairstyling services, including haircuts, color treatments, highlights, lowlights, balayage, and ombre

- Excellent understanding of hair anatomy, texture, and condition

- Strong technical skills and ability to create intricate hairstyles

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills

- Creative flair and passion for the latest hair trends and innovations

- Flexible schedule to accommodate both weekday and weekend shifts
