Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and provide expert advice.
Perform haircuts, blowouts, coloring, highlights, balayage, and other styling services.
Recommend hair care products and at-home maintenance tips to clients.
Stay up to date on current hair trends, techniques, and tools.
Maintain a clean and organized work station and comply with all health and safety regulations.
Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service and professionalism.
Process client transactions, manage appointments, and handle booking software (if applicable).
Participate in ongoing training, workshops, or salon meetings.
Qualifications:
Valid cosmetology license or hair stylist certification (as required by local law).
Proven experience as a hair stylist in a salon or freelance setting.
