Job Summary:
Bad and Boujee Hair Lounge is seeking an experienced Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining the salon's reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for hair styling, excellent technical skills, and a keen eye for the latest trends in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Provide a wide range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, extensions, braiding and treatments.
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and preferences.
- Recommend suitable hair services and products based on client needs.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
- Perform scalp treatments and provide advice on maintaining healthy hair.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring compliance with salon cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Upsell salon services and hair care products to clients.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior stylists, when and if required.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon or similar setting.
- Extensive knowledge and proficiency in hair cutting, extensions, coloring, and styling techniques.
- Strong understanding of different hair types and textures, and the ability to recommend appropriate treatments and styles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional hair services.
