bilingual (Arabic & English, Russian knowledge is a PLUS) Front Office & Admin Secretary
to support our daily office operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills in both languages.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, emails, and correspondences in Arabic and English.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
Prepare, edit, and translate documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain office filing systems and records.
Administrative tasks as needed Including office expenses.
Welcome visitors and coordinate office activities.
Handle travel arrangements and logistics if required.
Requirements:
Fluency in
Arabic and English
(both written and spoken) Russian language knowledge is a plus.
Proven experience in administrative or secretarial roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Professional attitude and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a corporate office environment.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
