We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary to provide administrative support to our management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the office, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments for the management team.
2. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
3. Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
4. Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
5. Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital.
6. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
3. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
5. Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
