You will play a key role in
scaling our brand
through data-backed product selection, store optimization, and performance-driven advertising strategies.
Key Responsibilities1. Product Research & Selection
Identify profitable and trending drop shipping products using market research tools
Analyze competitors, demand, pricing, and profit margins
Test and validate products using data and performance metrics
2. Store Building & Optimization
Build, manage, and optimize Shopify (or similar) stores
Create and optimize product pages for conversions (copy, images, pricing, upsells)
Improve user experience, page speed, and checkout performance
3. Systems Integration & Management
Integrate suppliers, fulfillment apps, payment gateways, and tracking tools
Manage product sourcing, order fulfillment, and supplier communication
Ensure smooth automation between store, suppliers, and logistics partners
4. Advertising & Growth
Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
Analyze ROAS, CPA, and conversion data to scale winning campaigns
Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels for growth
Requirements
Proven experience as a Drop shipping Specialist or E-commerce Manager
Strong knowledge of Shopify, product research tools, and fulfillment apps
Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience scaling stores to consistent profitability
Knowledge of CRO, funnels, and landing page optimization
Familiarity with automation tools and analytics platforms
