We are seeking a confident and motivated
Female Customer Service Executive
(Sales) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our customers and the bank, negotiating on their behalf to help settle or restructure their debts.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
incoming leads
and
customer calls
(leads will be provided).
Explain our
debt management services
clearly and professionally.
Follow up
with potential customers and convince them to use our services.
Understand customers' financial situations and coordinate accordingly.
Liaise with banks in the UAE to negotiate better terms or settlements for our clients.
Work towards monthly
targets and performance goals

Requirements:

Prior experience in
