We are seeking a female dedicated and customer-oriented
Customer Support Executive
who is fluent in
Bengali, Hindi, and English
. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, provide solutions, and ensure a smooth customer experience across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and providing the best solution.
Document all interactions and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Requirements:
Proficiency in
Bengali, Hindi, and English
(spoken).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Prior experience in customer support is an advantage.
