We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support & Sales Representative to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries and concerns while actively promoting and selling company products or services. Fluency in English is essential to ensure clear communication and a high level of customer satisfaction. Proficiency in Tagalog is considered a valuable asset.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and social media Provide technical and product support, resolving issues effectively and efficiently Maintain detailed knowledge of company products, services, and policies Proactively identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or products Achieve or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure high-quality service Follow up with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty Share customer feedback to help improve company products and processes
Qualifications:

Fluent in English (spoken and written) Tagalog proficiency is a plus Prior experience in customer service, sales, or support roles is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
