Job Summary



We are seeking a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative to assist customers by providing product and service information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics

Required Skills and Qualifications



High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) Proven experience in customer service or a related field (preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
