Job Description
We are looking for a Clinic Manager to join our team in Fujairah. Location - Fujairah Qualifications: Health Care Management / MBA/ or any related certificate Experience: 6 - 8 years as Clinic Manager Nationality : Arab
- Work closely with GM to set Business Plan for the Clinic.
- Set strategic and operational objectives for the clinic.
- Work with GM on setting the pricing strategy based on market analysis.
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way,
- Set Plan to increase quality of customer service.
- Increase brand awareness by setting the needed marketing campaign
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Plan needed materials, plan inventory and oversee inventory efficiency
- Ensure clinic\xe2\x80\x99s processes remain legally compliant
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Work with GM on Financial Modeling, budgets and forecasts for the clinic
- Perform quality controls and monitor clinic KPIs
- Recruit, train and supervise clinic staff in coordination with HR Department
- Advise management on the products, treatments, and services suitable for the market
- Conduct market research
- Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Master\'s (Preferred)
