Dr. Joy Dental Clinics is looking to add a experienced "Clinic Manager" to our Team. The right candidate should: Be responsible for managing all operational aspects of the clinic to render excellent patient service and quality and to ensure the smooth functioning of the clinic in line with company strategy, goals and values. Should be proactive in resolving issues, enhancing performance, skills and knowledge of the reception and nursing staff. Should be efficient and meticulous. Should suggest ways to management to enhance revenue and improve financial efficiency. : 1. Attain the budgeted target set for the clinic in coordination with the whole team of clinicians and practice management team. 2. Patient Complaints Management 3. Knowledge of all dental treatments 4. Prepare Reports as per management and regulatory requirement 5. Oversee Clinic Decorum and Cleanliness 6. All new employees joining the branch including clincians should be well oriented with all internal protocols and timely assessment is to be conducted for review. 7. Training and Development for exisiting employees 8. To prepare annual leave planner for all Doctors, Nurses, Reception and Helpers 9. Proper scheduling to be done within clinic in order to ensure smooth operations. 10. Ensure all reception adhere to protocols for which a weekly check to be conducted together with the team online in the system as well as offline. 11. Ensure all Nursing staff adhere to the sterlization guidelines and prepare before and after protocols for surgery. 12. Responsible in delivering the best possible patient service being in line with the brand and to deal with every patient complains/feedback with utmost priority. Ideal Candidate should be:

• Preferably a Dentist with Management background
• Worked in a Dental Setup in a Managerial position
• Leadership Skills
• BDS or Graduate in any discipline
